Description
The Milwaukee Packout Mounting Plate from ORA is a laser-cut steel aftermarket wall mount plate that lets you bolt your Packout system anywhere — garage wall, truck bed, trailer floor, or inside an off-road rig. Engineered and CNC bent in-house from 1/8″ steel, it’s built to the same cleat pattern Milwaukee uses, so your boxes click in and stay put.
Built-in mounting feet with 1/4″ holes make installation straightforward on any flat surface. You can bolt it to wall studs, screw it down to a trailer floor, or mount it inside your rig. If you need a custom mounting solution, pair it with ORA’s fabrication tabs to build exactly what your setup calls for.
Size Options
Half-Width Packout Mounting Plate
- Dimensions: 9.25″L x 16″W x 1.25″H
- Mounting foot spacing: 6″ x 15″
- Best for: compact Packout boxes, tight installs between garage shelves, tailgates, wheel wells, or mounted inside an off-road rig or SxS cab
When space is limited, the half-width plate is the right call. It fits a compact Packout box cleanly and works just as well bolted to a garage wall as it does mounted inside a buggy or SxS cab where every inch counts.
Full-Width Packout Mounting Plate
- Dimensions: 19.5″L x 16″W x 1.25″H
- Mounting foot spacing: 16″ x 15″
- Best for: full-size Packout boxes and coolers, garage wall studs, truck bed mounts, trailer wall systems
The full-width plate is the most versatile Packout wall mount in the lineup. Since it spans standard 16″ stud spacing perfectly, garage wall installs are clean and solid. It works equally well in a truck bed or mounted to a trailer wall for a mobile shop setup.
Triple-Width Packout Mounting Plate
- Dimensions: 30.5″L x 16″W x 1.25″H
- Mounting foot spacing: 14″ x 15″
- Best for: full Packout combos (compact + full-size together), garage wall systems, tool trailers, floor or base plate setups
The triple-width plate simultaneously runs a full-size Packout box on the left and a compact or half-size box on the right. Because the hole pattern is intentionally asymmetrical, it clears the metal-reinforced corners on newer Packout models — so most box combinations fit without modification. You can use it as a Packout base plate on a shop floor, bolt it to a trailer wall, or anchor it across garage studs for a permanent tool wall.
Finish Options
Raw Steel — Best for custom installs where you’re welding, painting, or powder coating to match. Weld it directly to a chassis or frame, or prep and finish it yourself. Most cost-effective option.
Black Powder Coat — Ready to mount out of the box. Clean, durable finish that holds up in a shop environment without any additional prep.
Laser cut and CNC bent in Interlochen, MI — these ship ready to install with minimal prep work on either finish.
