Offroad Anonymous Is Hiring

Do you dream of working with cutting-edge offroad products? Offroad Anonymous, LLC has two immediate entry-level openings for an Administration Officer & a Production Technician. Both positions are flexible, with the potential for part-time or full-time positions for the right candidates. We are providing on-the-job training to the right person in both positions.

Offroad Anonymous is located in Interlochen, Michigan, just outside of Traverse City. Shop hours are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm. Compensation will be based on experience, attitude, and position. Applicants that qualify for both positions move to the top of the list.

Production Technician Overview

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities will be manufacturing our in-house products, including but not limited to operating fiber laser, plasma table, press brake, and surface finishing parts.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Operate CNC Fiber Laser for production and custom part runs
  • Process production and custom parts run – includes cleaning and rust prevention
  • Operate 2-axis CNC press brake – post-process production and custom part runs
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings for sheet metal bending
  • Shop Cleaning – Maintenance and cleanliness of the work area

 

Qualifications:

  • Production-oriented (i.e. organized, accurate, and efficient)
  • Willingness to learn
  • Detail Oriented
  • Self-starting
  • Problem-solving skills

 

Preferred but NOT required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Google Drive
  • Offroad knowledge or interest
  • Computer-Aided Design (CAD) experience or willingness to learn
  • CNC operation knowledge/experience or willingness to learn
  • Fabrication and/or welding experience or willingness to learn

Administration Officer Overview

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities will be shipping and receiving, inventory management, and answering customer phone calls.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Fulfilling online, over-the-phone, and in-person orders – Packaging and shipping
  • Answering customer phone calls & emails
  • Upkeep inventory – In-house products, vendor/supplier products

 

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to learn
  • Self Starting 
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Attention to detail

 

Preferred but NOT required Qualifications:

  • Experience with office management software – Quickbooks, Pirate Ship, Google Drive, monday.com
  • Offroad knowledge or interest
