Preface
Off-road driving and related sports and activities are inherently dangerous. Modifications may and will adversely affect the on-road and/or off-road handling characteristics of your vehicle. All products and services sold by Offroad Anonymous are sold for off road use only. Any other use or application is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or user. Modifications and installation of aftermarket components may, under certain applications, void original dealer warranty. Modification and alternation of vehicles may create situations which could inflict serious bodily injury or death. Buyers and users of these products hereby expressly assume all risk, and hereby release Offroad Anonymous of all liability associated with any such modifications and use. It is the recommendation of Offroad Anonymous that all products be installed by trained professionals only.
By accepting receipt of Offroad Anonymous parts and/or service, you unconditionally accept the legal use and terms and conditions reference on this website.
Warranty
All manufacturer produced products adhere to the manufacturer’s provided warranty. There shall be no warranty on Offroad Anonymous products manufactured in house, unless explicitly stated on the quotation for said product (e.g. plasma cut parts). In the even of a warranty claim for a distributor/manufacturer product, please contact Offroad Anonymous for a Return Authorization Number, and follow the return policy posted on this website. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless expressly stated in writing from Offroad Anonymous. In the event that an Offroad Anonymous manufactured product does not meet or exceed customer expectations (incorrect fit, finish, etc), please contact Offroad Anonymous to develop a resolution. Offroad Anonymous is dedicated to complete customer satisfaction and looks forward to working with its customers to drive excellence.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Offroad Anonymous offers its customers the option to return products, where applicable, within 30 days of the date or purchase. All product returns shall be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are subject to inspection and, at Off Road Anonymous’ discretion, may be denied. Returns must be in new condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Custom engineered plasma-table cut products are not returnable.
In order to request a refund, please contact Offroad Anonymous for a Return Material Authorization number (RMA). The RMA number, and original invoice number must clearly be written on the outside of the packaging. Upon acceptance of the return, Offroad Anonymous shall refund the invoice amount, less restocking fee if applicable, in the format of the original payment method.
Shipping and Payment Info
Offroad Anonymous accepts PayPal and major credit card as payment methods. Purchases made in person at Offroad Anonymous headquarters may utilize cash as a payment method. Personal checks are not accepted.
Shipping method shall be at Offroad Anonymous’ discretion (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc). For products in stock, all efforts shall be made to ship within 24 hours of receipt of PO. Please reference your quotation for lead times on all products.
Privacy Policy
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
