These bolt-on Jeep TJ, LJ, and YJ windshield roll cage tie in plates give you a clean attachment point for connecting your roll cage to the factory windshield frame on a TJ, LJ, or YJ — keeping the windshield supported and held in place as part of your cage build. Laser cut from 3/16″ steel and sized to accept up to 2″ DOM tubing, they’re the straightforward piece in an otherwise complex build.
When you’re building a custom roll cage on a TJ or LJ, these plates bolt directly to the factory windshield hole locations. They hold the windshield frame to the cage and keep everything where it belongs. The slotted holes give a little fitment leeway when you’re getting the cage dialed in. Because they bolt on, the windshield frame can be easily removed if you ever need to swap it out — a practical advantage on a rig that’s going to keep evolving.
Designed to accept up to 2″ DOM tube, they’ll work with most common cage tube diameters.
