If you are looking for a simple, clean, and easy way to mount the lower suspension links on your Jeep YJ project, look no further than our Jeep YJ link suspension subframe bracket. When designing this bracket, we kept simplicity and strength in mind. The simple design allows the bracket to be easily built on a bench and transferred to the frame as a complete assembly. The main outer plate is indexed off of the middle body mount, putting the bracket close to the center point of the wheelbase.

The drop-down design allowed us to hit a few very important key features. The first was a smooth bottom; nothing worse than getting hung up on a 4 link bracket offroad. Next was the ease of doing a flat belly skid. Depending on the transfer case configuration, the drop-down design generally works out to be barely lower than the bottom of the transfer case, allowing for an easy flat belly skid. With a flat belly in mind, we added 3 holes in the bottom of the bracket so that if you choose to, you can weld nuts inside the bracket for easy skid plate attachment. This, paired with our flush Square tube flanges for removable cross members, makes for a simple yet strong setup.

Brackets are laser cut from 3/16″ steel and come unwelded. They are available in a 2″ and 2.625″ inside mounting width to work with most common size heim joints. Other joints can work, but some larger body joints can have clearance issues due to the compact design of the bracket. Bolt holes are 9/16″ but can accommodate being drilled out to 3/4″ if desired.
