HD Trick Tab

Description

The HD Trick Tab is our heavy duty weld-on tab, laser cut from 3/16″ HRPO steel. So it handles the heavier jobs — skid plate mounting, bumper accessories, and heavy panels.

Trick Tabs have been an ORA staple for years. So this one steps the material up to 3/16″ and opens the hole to 3/8″. Because the tab is thicker, you get more meat around the bolt and more weld surface on the base.

HD Trick Tab — Specs and Features

• Material: 3/16″ HRPO steel. That means real thickness behind every bolt hole.
• Hole: 3/8″ center hole. Sized for standard 3/8″ hardware.
• Construction: Laser cut, sanded, and CNC bent. So every tab lands at the same angle.
• Finish: Raw steel. When you weld, the metal is bare and ready.
• Sold as: 5, 25, and 100 packs. Tabs ship tabbed together in 5-packs, ready to break apart.

Flush Mount — Coped for 1.75″ Tube

We cope the flush mount tab to wrap 1.75″ round tube. That puts the mounting pad flush with the top of the tube, so nothing sticks up. Running larger or smaller tube? So minor grinding gets it seated.

Flat Mount — Flat Bottom for Flat Surfaces

The flat mount version welds to any flat surface. Think frame rail, plate, or the flat face of square tube. Same 3/16″ material, same 3/8″ hole — just a flat bottom instead of a coped one.

Where It Gets Used

Skid plate mounting is the job we built these for. When a skid takes a hit, thickness behind the bolt matters. Plus can run them for bumper accessories, flag mounts, and heavy panels. Because the pad is flat and the hole is clean, whatever you bolt on sits square.
