Components:
- (QTY-2) Leaf Spring Hangers
- Our Heavy-Duty leaf spring hangers are laser cut, and CNC bent from 1/4″ steel to provide a very strong yet simple way to mount your leaf springs. The leaf spring hanger also includes a ramp gusset to add more strength along with more protection to the spring. 3″ inside mounting width (common width for 2.5″ Springs) with a 9/16″ bolt hole
- (QTY-2) Offset Bushing Mount – The design cradles the bushing allowing you to easily weld the bushing sleeve to the mount. The asymmetrical shape allows custom placement on the frame. As a result, you’re able to move the mount forward or backward easily to get the geometry you’re after. Includes 3″ wide Bushing Kit with 9/16″ bolt sleeve
- (2-Pair) Leaf Spring Shackles – Our heavy-duty leaf spring shackles are precision laser-cut from 3/8″ steel and are available in 4″, 5″, or 6″ from eye to eye to best fit your project requirements.
Optional Spring Perches:
- (1-Pair) Standard Weld Together Leaf Spring Perch – These easy-to-set-up perches are cut from 1/4″ steel and are ready to weld! By utilizing a locking weld together perch, the contact patch comprises the entire width of the spring pad. Axle tube diameter options include 2.75″, 3.00″, 3.375″, 3.50″, and 4.00″
- (1-Pair) U-Bolt Eliminator Kit – Designed from the ground up to remove the axle U-Bolts and provide exceptional strength. The perches are made from 1/4″ steel, while the top spring plate is made from 3/8″ mild steel. Additionally, the interlocking feature makes the kit easy to set up and comes ready to weld. Our perches feature a 3 center pin hole design to allow you to move the axle 1″ forward, 1″ backward or you may leave it centered. Axle tube diameter options include 2.75″, 3.00″, 3.375″, 3.50″, and 4.00″

- Leaf Spring Mounting Hardware – Bolt lengths are based off a 2.5″ wide spring (3″ outside mounting width including bushings) with our 1/4″ thick leaf spring hangers and our 3/8″ thick shackles.

- 4 – 9/16×5″ Grade 8 bolts – Shackle bolts
- 6 – 9/16″ Grade 8 Lock washers
- 6 – 9/16″ Grade 8 Nuts
- U-Bolt Eliminator Kit Hardware – The bolt length works with spring packs from 1.75″ to 2.5″ thick. Thicker spring packs would require longer bolts for proper thread engagement.
