GM 14 Bolt Truss

The GM 14 bolt Truss fits 14 bolt rear axles. Truss design is only 1″ taller than the top of the differential which allows easy link mounting. Kit requires removal of spring perches and other factory brackets. Keyed and slotted design allows for a quick and easy assembly. 3/16″ steel is used for truss uprights and gussets. Tops plates are made from 1/4″ steel. Make sure to check measurements in order to ensure correct truss. SRW and DRW trusses will fit either axle but have 1″ different center section offset.

Measurements:

  • 78-87 SRW – Short side tube about 14.75″/ Long side tube about 19″
  • 78-87 DRW – Short side tube about 16.50″/ Long side tube about 19″
  • 88-98 Ribbed SRW – Short side tube about 14.75″ / Long side tube about 19″
  • 88-98 Ribbed DRW – Short side tube about 16.50″/ Long side tube about 20″
  • 99-06 Ribbed SRW – Short side tube about 17.50″/ Long side tube about 21.5″

SRW= Single Rear Wheel

DRW= Dual Rear Wheel

*This kit requires welding and fabrication skills. Only an experienced welder should perform welding.
