Description
This Jeep TJ roll cage builder’s kit includes all four ORA mounting components for a 1997–2006 Wrangler TJ or LJ cage build — A-pillar stanchions, B-pillar mounts, C-pillar base plates, and windshield tie-in plates, bundled so you can order the hardware once and get straight to the tube work. Every piece is laser-cut from 3/16″ steel and designed to use factory bolt locations wherever possible, so you’re not drilling blind.
What’s in the Kit
- TJ Roll Cage Stanchions (pair) — A-pillar foundation. CNC-formed 3/16″ steel plates that tie into the factory body and floor, giving you a weld surface to run the dash bar and build A-pillars up from. Designed to sit flush against the factory dash so door panels still close. Ships as individual laser-cut pieces — weld together before installation. Compatible with 1.75″ and 2″ O.D. tube.
- TJ B-Pillar Cage Mounts (pair) — L-shaped 3/16″ steel flanges that bolt to the factory B-pillar side wall and floor — four bolts, no drilling. Slotted holes account for factory tolerance variation across the TJ production run. Gives your B-pillar tube a flat, properly positioned weld pad without fabricating the mount from scratch.
- TJ C-Pillar Cage Base Plate (pair) — 3/16″ laser-cut plates that bolt to the rear wheel well, landing your C-pillar tube on a clean weld surface instead of bare tub sheet metal. Front holes are slotted for factory variation; rear holes require two drilled mounting points per side.
- TJ/LJ Windshield Roll Cage Tie-In Plates (pair) — Bolt to the factory windshield hole locations and accept up to 2″ DOM tube. Keep the windshield frame supported and tied to the cage. Slotted holes for fitment adjustment. Also fits YJ (1987–1995).

Build Notes
These cover all the main cage attachment points — front, middle, rear, and windshield — so you’ve got a complete set of anchors before you start bending tube. The stanchions ship as individual laser-cut pieces and get welded together before installation. All other components bolt directly to factory locations. Raw steel finish across the board — everything arrives clean and sanded, ready to weld and finish as you see fit.
