Are you looking to add strength to your project while adding some style points? Our weld washers have you covered.

Our tear-drop washers come in two styles and many different bolt sizes.

• Style one is our standard round-hole weld washer. These help with a few things. On a new bracket, they add another 3/16″ worth of material around a bolt hole, making it less likely to egg out from the abuse of offroading. If your bolt hole is already egged out, these are a great way to repair the hole.
• Style two is a captured weld washer. These capture the bolt head or nut.  This allows you to lock the hex in place, keeping it from spinning.  They also fit the hex tightly to help keep the bracket hole from being able to egg out similar to our standard round hole washer. Also, bonus points for only having to hold one side of the bolt was working on your rig.

Another bonus is the added 1/4″ hole, which gives you a couple of mounting options. The first and most common is welding them right to the bracket. Second, you can drill a hole and bolt them on if you don’t want to commit to fully welding them on.  As an added bonus, they will work with almost all of our line of BRACKETS. Our brackets now come with a matching hole to directly work with these weld washers, making for a super strong and great-looking combo.

Capture / weld washer are laser cut from 3/16″ steel.
