Designed for the toughest offroad builds, our Early Bronco Dana 44 axle truss spans the majority of the axle tube, perfect choice for those setting up 3 or 4-link suspensions. This truss offers exceptional strength and rigidity, constructed with 1/4″ steel top plates and 3/16″ uprights and gussets. Utilizing a tab and slot design adds strength while making assembly a breeze.

Ships raw steel, ready for welding and customization to fit your specific build. The truss is roughly only 1” taller than the top of the differential, allowing for maximum clearance and easy link mounting. Whether you’re tackling rock crawling or high-speed desert runs, this Early Bronco Dana 44 axle truss will provide the reinforcement needed to keep your suspension performing at its best.

Fitment Notes:

• Fits First Generation (1965–1977) early Broncos. Axle housing must be the style with welded-on radius arm wedges. Housing with the wedges cast into the housing will not work with this truss
• Works with a pair of short truss mount upper link brackets
• All factory brackets will need to be removed including the radius arm wedges
